Athmar Park

It's been called the “best little neighborhood” and the “last affordable neighborhood” in Denver. The latter label started going around in 2016 or so, and the word has definitely gotten around. Still, a 3BR/2BA here will list at maybe half of what you’d pay in Berkeley or Curtis Park. Walk around and several things will strike you. Huston Lake Park is one of the prettiest places in Denver.  The city skyline is on the immediate horizon. A drive from Athmar's Chain Reaction Brewing to Coors Field in LoDo takes about 15 minutes. Most of the drive will be on I-25, which is also in in plain sight from much of the area. If you like affordability and accessibility, you might just love Athmar Park.
