Curtis Park

Curtis Park a sub-area of the better known Five Points neighborhood, with an unwieldy arrangement of borders encompassing Champa, Curtis, and Arapahoe streets. On those streets particularly, you’ll find prime “on the park” real estate including many historic single-family Victorians, some renovated and some not. Lofts and duplexes have been modernized throughout the area, and condo buildings have gone up on Blake, Walnut, and Park West. The area is well-served by light rail, with a stop at 29th and Welton. Mestizo-Curtis Park itself is a muliti-block expanse of green with a public pool, bustling with barbecues and volleyball games all summer and largely unused in winter. Curtis Park is one of Denver’s most demographically diverse neighborhoods.
