An MLS listing with property details, offer instructions, public and broker remarks. See example. (All listings are syndicated to many real estate sites such as Zillow, Trulia, kw.com, Google and Yahoo real estate, etc. Our listings at Realtor.com are created at the “featured” level with enhanced graphics and more photos than most entries. A dedicated property-specific web site (such as http://www.161wcedar.com) posted with audio-enhanced virtual tour. 

Additionally we shoot a video walk-through tour, posted on YouTube and linked from the MLS listing. See example. Regular postings on Craigslist, Postlets. See example. Regular prospecting calls to agents self-identifying on Metrolist with suitable buyer-clients. The home is supplied and restocked with custom color property brochures. See example.

A Centralized Showings account (if desired) allows entry by buyer agents using a lockbox code. Buyer agents are prompted to provide feedback.
