"Stale" Listings? Don't Ignore 'em!

Today my client received three properties via an auto-email “drip” campaign.  It is instructive to compare them from a buyer’s point of view. ·         One hit the market two days ago, priced at $400,000.  It’s on Martin Luther King Drive, so we’ll call that one MLK. ·         Another hit the market 27 days ago.  Original price was $489,000.  Price was cut recently to $479K.  We’ll call that one Marion. ·         A third one was listed 14 weeks ago.  Originally listed at $539,000.
